What this looks like in practice.

Say you sell bathrooms. 500 a year, average order around €8,000. Your digital journey covers advertising, your website, the booking system, customer support, store visits, quotations, order intake, order processing, and delivery. We build and run the software that powers all of it. Your unit of growth is the order. So the platform fee becomes a small percentage of that unit. For example: €60 per order, which is 0.75% of the average, or €30,000 a year. Sell more bathrooms next year and the fee grows with you. Sell fewer and it moves down with you too. The math stays honest in both directions.
