At Gynzy, together with an amazing team, I built the platform that brought interactive lessons to over a million teachers and students worldwide. As CTO, I worked across every team and discipline to make sure technology was never the bottleneck. It was the multiplier. We built full funnel visibility from user activation to school conversion, so CX and sales always knew exactly who to call and when. Our bottom-up model: win the teacher first, then win the school, only worked because the platform made it measurable and actionable at every step.

When GPT-3 landed, I knew the rules were changing. We took Gynzy AI-native and that opened many doors. UX designers shipped real software. Product managers built working prototypes. People gained agency over things that used to require a developer in the loop. Productivity doubled. Not by working harder, but by giving people with agency the means to make far greater impact.
